Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange Policy:

Products can only be exchanged once. After an exchange has been completed and the product has been delivered to the customer, it is no longer eligible for return or further exchanges.

Note: All exchanges undergo a thorough quality check before being processed. Exchanges may take up to 5–7 business days after the request is approved and the returned product is received.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we offer an exchange under the following conditions:

Exchange Request: Submit an exchange request within 48 hours if you notice any damage or defect.

Product Condition: The received product must be unused, with all labels intact, and in its original packaging. We cannot process exchanges for products that show signs of use.

Delivery Condition: If the outer packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery, please do not accept the package. Instead, contact our customer service immediately to report the issue and request a replacement.

Exceptions: Products damaged during use, or showing signs of wear and tear, are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

In cases where we cannot replace a damaged or defective product due to stock unavailability or other limitations, a refund will be issued.

Sarees that have been roll-pressed are not eligible for return or exchange.

Quality and Condition Verification:

All returned products are inspected upon receipt to confirm their condition and eligibility for exchange. Exchanges will only be processed if the returned item meets our quality standards.

For defective products, a thorough inspection will be conducted to validate the damage before initiating an exchange or refund.

Processing and Timelines:

Exchange Timeline: Exchanges are typically processed within 5–7 business days once the returned product passes quality checks.

Refund Timeline (if applicable): In cases where a refund is issued due to unavailable stock, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of confirmation.
